PROMOTION BY CORNERSPEED
Cornerspeed
offers expertise in all areas of track events from advertising and promotion
to administrating events. Our staff will coordinate your event and operate
it as safely as possible. Your safety is our primary concern.
TAILORED
TO YOUR NEEDS
We recommend track day events that utilize our comprehensive riding school;
however, we will host track days that have the minimum required instruction
to get riders on track. There are some restrictions and regulated passing
is imposed for everyone's safety. These limited track days will not qualify
riders to go onto other track days or gain racing accreditation. These
events allow access to riders that desire the track riding experience
but may lack the knowledge or confidence to attempt a full track school
or non-restricted event.
TRACK
DAYS
Turn Key Event: We tailor the day to your needs. From the beginning to
the end, we facilitate and administrate everything to make sure your day
is successful. On the day of the event, you only have to enjoy yourself.
VIR is our home track; however, we do offer event management at racetracks
around the country.
WHAT
WE CAN PROVIDE YOU (prices vary per your requests):

One full day
of track rental. Costs vary depending on course, day and season.

Ambulance, Firetruck
and EMT's on site for the full day.

Security maintaining
the gate during your event.

Complete staff
of registration, cornerworkers, technical inspection and race control
to operate a safe and organized event.

Insurance. We
provide insurance of $5,000,000 against liability with K&K Insurance
Group. In addition, all participants sign comprehensive waivers to
idemnify all parties against liability.

Track Instruction.
All participants are given basic instruction to insure everyone's
safety on the track. Licensed roadracers (with valid license) are
exempt from this requirement. A mandatory rider's meeting is held
before the first session begins.

Direct mail campaign
and database. In addition to your mailing list, we will use our database
to insure participation.

Pre-registration.
We will administrate and book-keep all records to streamline registration.

Internet advertising.
The weeks leading up to your day, we will post your day on select
Internet sites, list your event on our website and link to your website.

Banner space.
We will offer you areas to display banners and signage for your club
or organization.
CLOSED
EVENTS
If you wish to have a closed event exclusively for your club or organization,
we can offer you an all- inclusive price based on your needs.
CELEBRITY
GUEST INSTRUCTORS, CATERED LUNCHES, PHOTOGRAPHERS
AND VIDEOGRAPHERS
These are just some of the options available. At additional charge, we
can provide any of these options to make your events even more fun and
memorable.
