Sounds like fun. I've been cranking the pedals on my own. Had a rock'n work out today w/ lots of high tempo sections.

I see you are having problems taking a rest day. :-D

Not sure if I posted it on here but I got into Booty on the wait list so hopefully we can cut some laps together.

Go Lance!

Glad he was up front for the turn into the wind!

Did a ride up Mount diablo about half an hour north of san fran yesterday.

Starts at 165 feet and tops out at about 3800. Great climb!

Here is a shot from the top:

Great shot. Cool that you have your bike out west. Hopefully, we can turn the pedals one day soon. Last week was a good one for me. Almost 300 miles for the week. I'm sure you've been glued to the TV just like me. The TTT was the bomb. Can't wait to see the mountain stages.

TTT was amazing! The fact that lance was humpin' up front really showed he was wanting that jersey! SOOOO close!

I can't wait for the mountains and hope lance can best the young Spaniard. SO many GC people are pretty much out of it after the TTT.

Sig are you living in Cali now? Or just getting out there a lot? Glad you got to hop on a Pinarello, I know you've had your eye on that for a minute now.

Rode from my house which is in the far west end of Richmond to Williamsburg today. About 80 miles, but relatively flat and rolling. Started to run out of gas a little bit towards the end but some of the scenery out there was great!!! Plus, they've built a bike path for a good portion of it that is specific for cyclists. Lots of people out today....

Here is the ride data for death ride.....a good bit of climbing but since it wasn't timed we took our time and enjoyed it. :-D
