INSTRUCTIONS: This is a 2-page form. Please fill out the first page and sign the 2nd page. The second page is for Tech only - do not fill out anything on page 2. You must print both pages - preferably on one page front & back, but 2 pages is also fine. DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO US! Please bring it with you to the track and take it with you through Tech.Please note: If you wish to use an electricity box at VIR, they will collect a $25.00 fee. They have not done this in the past at our events, but have started to enforce the fee.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover). There is a convenience charge of $10.00 for all credit card transactions. Our FAX NUMBER for Credit Card payment is 704-332-3140.
LATE FEE: Pre-registration is strongly advised. If we do not receive your registration by the date listed on the event form, you will not receive the discounted rate (ie. Cornerspeed Graduate discount) AND a late fee of $35.00 will be required. As much as we want to be fair to our customers, we must also be fair to ourselves. Late registrations do impose Admin problems.
IF YOU WANT YOUR DISCOUNTS AND WANT TO AVOID THE LATE FEE, REGISTER ON TIME! Thank you.*This also applies to registrations the day of the event.Please note: When we are out of the office (out of town), registrations are first come first serve. We will use the earliest post marks and earliest fax time/dates to fill the schools and riding groups.
